Costa Norte Construcciones C.A., is a Venezuelan contractor that began operations on June 3, 1968 in the State of Zulia, Venezuela. It works in the field of construction, maintenance, assembly and provides special services for the oil, petrochemical, energy, basic industries. In general it assists the industry with the widest range of its construction and maintenance requirements.
With the installation of facilities in Puntas Coladoras, La Salinas, Zulia, in 1968, the young company, led by its founders, Walter Pietrosemoli Rosa, Alberto Pietrosemoli Rosa and Franco Bellarosa Cioé, began a long career of construction and maintenance of diverse projects. The diverse projects performed by the company today cover the whole national geography and support the most complex needs of the industry.
Responsibility, safety, quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, respect for workers and the environment have been fundamental values of the company since its foundation. Such principles have been the essential elements on which the company has evolved allowing the company to contribute with very valuable works that have enriched the Venezuelan industrial park for more than 5 decades.
From its foundation, the company established its diverse operational headquarters in areas close to the centers of greatest interest for the development of the national industry and from there provides comprehensive services for the industry. The permanent headquarters of the company's operations are located in the States of Zulia, Falcón and Bolívar.

In 2000, the company obtained the ISO 9000: 1995 quality certification for all its Construction and Assembly activities and is currently in the re-certification phase under the ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
